Exchange & Cancellation policy
We offer exchange policy only (conditions applied).
Please read below instructions carefully to apply for any exchanges:
- On receiving the order, please make a video of opening the parcel.
- If the product is found damaged in the video then it will be considered valid for exchange.
- Postal charges will be refunded through UPI.
- Kindly allow 10 to 15 days time for exchange to be processed.
- You can get in touch with Us about any issues at our customer support portal or drop Us a line at dshaaguns@gmail.com & We will be happy to resolve the issues.
- You may also Only WhatsApp call / message at +919518929319 between 10 AM to 6 PM.
- Cancellation will only be possible if the order has not been dispatched from the warehouse.
- Once a product is exchanged & is delivered, no further actions would be applicable on that order.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

« Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted of the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
